1. How do we Create or Edit any tree on the map ?
Ans. By toggling the Create mode and clicking on any point of the map, User can open up the editing window on the screen.
2. How do we toggle the Create mode ?
Ans. By clicking on the Create Mode button at the bottom left of your screen, User can toggle the create mode.
3. How do we zoom in or out on the map ?
Ans. User can zoom in by clicking on the `+` button and zoom out by clicking on the `-` button situated at the top left on your screen
4. What does the `ID` value indicates in the editing dialog box ?
Ans. It indicates the Tree`s Unique identifier.
5. What does the`Lat`value indicates in the editing dialog box ?
Ans. It indicates the Latitude value for that specific location of the tree.
6. What does the `Lng`value indicates in the editing dialog box ?
Ans. It indicates the Longitude value for that specific location of the tree.
7. What should the user input in the `Common Name` field ?
Ans. The user should input the Common name of the Tree's species. For example: Mango. The common name can also be the name of the tree in the local language.
8. What does the `Species` field indicates ?
Ans. It indicates the Tree's species. For example: Mangifera indica
9. What should the user input in the `Height` field ?
Ans. They should input the Height of the tree in meters.
10. What is the use of `Is damaged` check box ?
Ans. It is uses to show if the tree is damaged in any way.
11. Should the user tick in the `Is damaged` checkbox ?
Ans. Yes, if the tree is damaged.
12. What does the `Confidence` meter indicates ?
Ans. It indicates the Confidence of the user in the annotation of that tree.
13. What should the user input in the `Major Axis` field ?
Ans. User should enter the length of the longest line that in the tree span/crown.
14. What should the user input in the `Minor Axis` field ?
Ans. User should enter the length of the longest line perpendicular to the major axis in the tree span/crown.
15. What should the user input in the `Angle to North` field ?
Ans. User should input the angle of the major axis to the south-north line whose value ranges from -90 to +90 degrees.
16. What is the use of `Comment` field ?
Ans. User can use this field to Comment about tree or its location.
17. What is the use of the `Send` button ?
Ans. Send button is used to send and save the tree data for that location.
18. What is the use of the `Delete` button ?
Ans. User can use the Delete button to clear all the data of that location.
19. How do we close the Editing window/dialog box ?
Ans. By clicking on the `x` button at the top right of the Editing window/dialog box.
20. How do we scroll on the map ?
Ans. By double clicking on the Hand sign and dragging it along the map, user can scroll in all directions.
21. Why does it show Geolocation error ?
Ans. Because the user has not allowed access to their location.
22. How can the user jump back to their current location ?
Ans. By clicking on the button at the bottom left.
23. How does the Download session data option works ?
Ans. By clicking on the Download session data, it will save and download all the trees user has created with their coordinates in JSON format for that session.
24. Why should the user click on Cache this view before creating or editing trees ?
Ans. It will cache all the tiles of the particular area on the map. So even if the network connection is poor the user can still continue their work.
25.Can the user work in Offline mode in TreeWiki ?
Ans. Yes the user can also work in Offline mode. TreeWiki will cache all the trees user creates while being offline and they will get processed when the user gets back online.
26. What is the Defaults button for ?
Ans. After clicking on the Defaults button, it will open an editing window where the user can input certain values for several tree data fields such as 'species', 'common name', 'height' etc.
27. How does the Defaults button helps the user ?
Ans. By putting certain values in the Defaults editing window, TreeWiki will automatically fill those values for all the trees, user will create in that session.
28. What will the All data option does ?
Ans. It will show all the trees created on the map.
29. What will the Only user data option does ?
Ans. It will only show the trees that the user have created on the map.
